Bella was out nibbling and saw a young girl chasing a balloon. She follows the girl to a birthday party and was asked to join in on the fun. Bella had never been to a birthday party and wanted to see what it was all about. She played leapfrog, catch and. The little girl Jasmine opened her presents. Jasmine puts one of her new doll dresses on Bella to wear. Jasmine also put a sparkly tieara over Bella's ears.

Suddenly it began to rain. Jasmine cried because her party would be ruined. Bella showed Jasmine and her family a safe and dry place to continue the birthday party. The birthday candles were lit and the song was sung and the rain soon stopped. On their way home they all flew a kite and saw a rainbow. Jasmine thanked Bella for the best birthday ever and was rewarded with a gift bag that she took home to share with her family.

This story is another wonderful adventure for Bella Rabbit. The illustrations are colorful and whimsical and really bring the story to life.
