When she was very small, Hannah Whitty spent hours on end following her cat around the house trying to get him to sit still so she could draw him. Today she is still inspired by animals and children, and loves drawing characters.

David Melling is the creator of the tiger tales book Hugless Douglas. David says, "I have done other jobs over the years, teaching English in Italy, cutting grass in a cemetery, even wrapping up toilet paper rolls for a week (don't ask), but making up stories with pen and paper is bay far the best."

Author of the tiger tales books Boris and the Snoozebox and Boris and the Wrong Shadow, Leigh enjoys writing, doodling, and turning her stories into award-winning picture books and films. Lee lives in London, England.

Alex T. Smith is the illustrator of the tiger tales books Home, and Eliot Jones, Midnight Superhero. Of his passion for art, he says, "I can't really remember not having either a pencil or a paintbrush in my hand. However, when I was five, I wrote in my school report that I didn't really like art because I got glue on my hands!" Alex lives in England.

Teresa Murfin is the illustrator of many children's books. In her free time, Teresa enjoys visiting flea markets and thrift shops to find ideas and items to use in her artwork. Her inspiration comes from vintage papers and fabrics, European children's books, Scandinavian design, and folk art. Teresa livesl in England.

Liz is the author-illustrator of the tiger tales book The Three Horrid Little Pigs. Before writing and illustrating children's books, she worked in the music industry where she created record and CD covers. Liz  left  to become a freelance writer and artist, and her work now appears on many different products all over the world.
